What Is the Indonesia Arrival Card?

The Indonesia Arrival Card, officially called All Indonesia, is a mandatory digital declaration for passengers arriving in Indonesia from abroad. It combines immigration, customs, health and quarantine information in one online form, helping to streamline the arrival process.

The form replaces the separate SATUSEHAT Health Pass and Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD). You do not need to complete either of these declarations.

You must complete the Arrival Card form online before you travel. Once approved, you’ll receive a QR code to show at Indonesian immigration and customs checkpoints. It’s the only document you need to complete to give health and customs details.

Important: The Arrival Card is not a visa. Visa rules for Indonesia are not related to your health and customs form. If you need a visa, apply in the usual way.

Why Indonesia Unified the Health Pass and Customs Declaration

Indonesia introduced the All Indonesia Arrival Card to replace multiple arrival declarations with one digital process.

Instead of completing separate health and customs forms, passengers can now provide their immigration, customs, health and quarantine information in a single submission.

Previously, travelers entering Indonesia had to complete two separate passenger forms:

  • SATUSEHAT Health Pass (SSHP): Now phased out
  • Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD): Now phased out

From October 1, 2025, the Indonesia Arrival Card has been the mandatory integrated arrival declaration for passengers arriving from abroad at airports and seaports throughout Indonesia.

What Information Is Needed For The Arrival Card?

The Arrival Card contains questions on your personal data, health status, and the goods you’ll be bringing into Indonesia. Make sure to answer the questions fully and accurately.

What must be declared on the Indonesia Arrival Card?

For the customs declaration, you’ll be asked about the luggage you’ll bring into the country and its contents. You must declare:

  • Currency and similar monetary instruments worth IDR 100 million or more (around USD 6,000)
  • Personal goods obtained abroad with a total value over the USD 500 passenger duty-free allowance, including gifts for people living in Indonesia
  • Alcoholic beverages of more than 1 litre
  • e-Cigarette liquids over 30 millilitres for open-system devices or 12 millilitres for closed-system devices
  • Tobacco products over the permitted duty-free quantity: 200 cigarettes, 25 cigars or 100 grams of loose tobacco
  • Mobile phones, cellular tablets or cellular handheld computers bought abroad that will be registered on Indonesia’s IMEI network using a local SIM
  • Animals, fish, plants or products derived from them
  • Restricted goods, commercial goods or quantities not considered reasonable for personal use

Goods above an allowance may be subject to customs procedures, duties or other controls.

How to Get and Use the Arrival Card QR Code

After you submit the All Indonesia form, a QR code is generated for your trip. Our team will send the completed declaration QR code to you by email.
